The H.O.O.D Foundation in an acronym for Helping Others Overcome Difficulties. The Foundation was established in 2010 and operates as a non-for-profit. The H.O.O.D Foundation is a subsidiary the parent company Universal Health Networks, Inc. Universal Health Networks, Inc. is a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization.

Mission
Our mission is to provide targeted populations and neighborhoods with the resources needed to ensure life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We focus on community development by assessing the needs of a population and implementing the necessary programs, projects and initiatives for research in order to create resolutions.
